At Airborne Aerial Fitness, we believe fitness should be more than just a workout—it should be an experience.
Airborne presents a passionate aerial fitness training program blending elements of habituation, Pilates, barre and strength & stability training, balance training and movement training on aerial hammocks. Our classes constitute digging out flexibility through stretching style workouts, Aerial Pilates, fun aerial poses, endurance enhancing sessions and training in the art of balancing along with refining the body posture and alignment.
